STARZ 4 U REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
We want you to be happy with your purchases on Starz 4 U. Here are our Refund and Cancellation policies to help make sure we meet your expectations.
Unfortunately we are unable to cancel or modify your request once it has been placed. We therefore recommend you to check your request before placing it. This will allow us to process your request efficiently and to minimize errors.
If your request has not been completed within the Delivery Period of 15 working days or has been rejected, we shall refund to you the purchase amount. Refunds will be made to the same payment method used at the time of purchase and will be initiated no later than 30 working days from notification of rejection or expiry of Delivery Period as the case maybe. Where purchases were made using international credit or debit cards or international payment options, the actual amount of payment or refund where applicable, may vary from the displayed price or refund amounts based on your card issuer’s or payment gateway policies.
The fee for a Starz 4 U video or other offering is specified on the Celebrity User’s booking page on our website when you make your request. You agree to pay all amounts due in accordance with the payment terms in effect when you submit your request.
All transactions are in U.S. dollars (“USD”) unless otherwise specified at the point of purchase.
6. WEBSITE PAYMENT
By providing your payment information, you agree that Starz 4 U can process the payment for your video request once you have booked and authorize the payment provider to immediately charge you for all amounts due and payable with no additional notice to or consent from you.
7. STARZ 4 U RIGHTS
Starz 4 U reserves the right (but is under no obligation) to cancel your Starz 4 U video request if: (i) your payment method is declined; or (ii) you have previously been banned or removed from our Site for any reason. Starz 4 U also reserves the right at any time to change its fees and payment procedures, including its payment options and terms, either immediately upon posting on our Site or by other notice to you.
